Haunted Birch Aquarium (modified)
Friday, October 26: 11 a.m.-6 p.m.
and
Saturday, October 27: 11 a.m.-6 p.m.
Haunted Birch Aquarium WILL take place this weekend but has been modified
into an indoors/daytime event, Friday and Saturday only, due to the
wildfires in San Diego County and decline in air quality.
Many of the
favorite and entertaining elements remain in place. We encourage all
families to join us for a spook-tacular two days of haunted events, which
include:
- Haunted Hall of Fishes
- Creeps from the Deep
- Trick-or-Treating
- Slime Lab
- Pirate Story Times
- Spooky Crafts
- Costume contest at 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday, with prizes awarded for
Best Marine Themed, Best Family Themed and Most Creative.
We extend our support to the community in this difficult time and Birch
Aquarium at Scripps will not be charging general admission Friday,
Saturday or Sunday, October 26-28.
This modified Haunted Birch Aquarium
also is not an additional charge.
