Terms and Conditions

• All adoption package items will be sent electronically. Adopter must have email.
• Individual animals may not be adopted or officially named. Adoptions apply to species only.
• Adoptions are not exclusive and more than one person or group may adopt the same species.
• Adoptions last for 12 months from the day the adoption is purchased. Adoptions are not ownerships.
• Gift adoptions start on the delivery date indicated by giver. Notification will be sent by email on that date.
• Birch Aquarium decides which animals are available for adoption.
• In the event that your chosen animal leaves the Aquarium, we will transfer your adoption to another adoptable animal of your choice.
• Adoption packages and prices may vary at the beginning of a new year. No refunds will be given.
• Adopters may only access public areas of the Aquarium unless accompanied by a staff member.
